With the Specialty Coffee Association of South Africa National Barista competition for 2015 about to happen this week and weekend in Durban, Zane talks about his experience with the competition, judging, competing, getting involved, or ignoring it totally.
We chat generally about being a Barista (i.e. a person who brews and serves you coffee; and not Barrister’s who you contact when you are served with legal documents), and the competition. There is good info for those attending and watching the live streaming of the competition.
